Major Latest Updates

I haven’t done a personal blog post in 9 days and there are reasons behind that, which we will get to in a minute. There has been so much going on and so much happening lately, some good, some bad. So I decided it is now time for a bit of an update on everything that is currently going on.

Let’s do this post as I do with some of them. Under topic headings of things that have been happening. Let’s start with the important, My Health and then onto other topics from there.

My Health
So, there has been a lot of issues going on health-wise lately. And it is really starting to affect me in many ways. As most of you know I was recently released from 7 weeks of complete lockdown isolation due to COVID-19 and getting this virus 3 times. Well you guessed it, after several days I began getting symptoms again, was tested again and the results came back positive AGAIN. So, that means that I am now back in a complete total isolation lockdown in this tiny fucking bedsit.

And because they are not testing at the end of the 2 weeks isolation we don’t know whether I have just not got over it from other times or whether I have been re-infected again. And considering I still hardly even went out after my isolation was up we just don’t know. I only went to the smoke shop, the supermarket twice and post office and then back home. And obviously, I was keeping hands clean, wiping down trolleys and keeping the social distancing part as well. After speaking with my caseworker we have decided that after these two weeks we are going to DEMAND that they re-test me just to make sure it is clear or not.

Also, it has come back that my WBC (White Blood Cell Count – The Cells that fight virus’ etc – Your Immune System) is extremely low. Like majorly low. And this is because I already have a fucked immune system due to other health issues, but COVID is actually making my WBCs even worse. I am now on medication to try to increase this to at least give my body a chance to fight off this virus for the 4th time without me ending up in the hospital.

Some Personal Issues
Well, this is going to be interesting. There have been some interesting things happening as of late that has been both good and bad. I am going to start with what happened last Friday (15th May 2020). As I am back in total lockdown due to COVID I had my shopping delivered by Coles delivery. It was supposed to be left on my veranda and then they knock and walk away and then I bring my food items inside. However, this wasn’t the case. They didn’t knock and when I checked online in case the delivery time had changed from between 2.30pm and 3.30pm I was notified it was delivered at 3.03pm. However, nothing was on my veranda. So I rang Coles, spoke to them who contacted the driver and he said he left it with a woman who said it was her delivery. A bit hard with Driver Instructions I left and that I was in lockdown and why.

So the Driver came back to the property and showed the caretaker that it was left with my next-door neighbour. And as this is a program that I am still in awaiting for my own forever home, I had to contact the Program Manager, who is also my primary caseworker. I was shaking, I was having a panic attack and I couldn’t leave my unit to go an confront her. So he turned up within 5 minutes and she was nowhere around. But left her front and back doors wide open and my caseworker could see the delivery inside so went in and got it and brought it to my veranda and told me to go through it and let him know if anything was missing. Obviously there was a lot of items missing. So I  had to do him a list and he went and replaced them, whilst at the same time having to contact his Boss and let her know what was going on.

I can only assume she the Program Manager leave and returned to the unit. Not expecting him to be back a short time later as this was late Friday afternoon. What she didn’t know was he was just going to the supermarket to replace the items missing from my delivery. Upon his return she was he. He left the items on my veranda and let me know and then went next door and began speaking to her. I could hear several things being said as I was still on the veranda hidden by my wall. Within a couple of minutes the story changed multiple time and then she began with the crocodile tears. They don’t work with him. She even said she came and knocked on my door and I didn’t answer, a bit hard considering where my PC setup is right beside that door and no one came too it, let alone there not being the time to do it AND after she said she thought the items were for her from the program. A bit hard considering a Coles delivery driver delivered the items (who apparently didn’t say one word to her as well, nope not what he said – which he is prepared to inform the Police of as well). Also, the only way that she could have known to knock in my door if that ever happened (which it didn’t), was that she saw the Invoice that it was my delivery, as it has my name and unit number on it. And out of the bags that the Program Manager recovered from inside her unit what do you know, the Invoice was missing.

So tomorrow morning, there are some pretty high up people in the program going to be sitting down with her, her boyfriend and several workers to work out exactly what to do. There are several options. I have given my caseworker my input and now it is up to them to make the decision as to what happens from here. There is more to this, but I will be here all night writing about it if I don’t stop it there. But when a decision is made I will post another post about what they are going to do.

How are things with my mum?
Honestly, things with my mum are never better. We talk most days on Messenger Video for at least 30 minutes to an hour and sometimes even longer and sometime multiple times a day. Depending on how we are both feeling at the time. This is something I am happy about. It is so good to have her back in my life properly now and with no one else interfering in our personal relationship.

Anyway, it is now 11.59pm Sunday night and I have written enough for now. There is a lot more to write about, which I will do over the coming days. Not like I don’t have the time to do it now. But there is just so much more going on at the moment, I will probably do another post tomorrow.
